Tuesday’s game against Cambridge City Lincoln was a heartbreaker for New Castle Trojans Varsity, as they lost the lead late in a 7-6 defeat. Cambridge City Lincoln was down 4-3 in the top of the sixth inning when K Lamb’s sac fly scored two runs for Cambridge City Lincoln.
New Castle Trojans Varsity collected ten hits and Cambridge City Lincoln had seven in the high-scoring affair.
