2014 Fall All-HHC Academic Athletes

The inaugural class of All-HHC Academic honorees has been named for the Trojans.  In order to qualify for the award, student-athletes must be in grades 10-12, and must be in the top 5% of their class.  The athletic department would like to congratulate these athletes and commend them for their hard work within their sport

2nd Annual Alumni Shootout this Saturday

In his first season as head coach, Daniel Cox instituted what has become an annual alumni tournament.  The shootout welcomes back past Trojan players to participate as coaches and players in a 2-game tournament for bragging rights.  The games are open to the public and admission is only $3 (kids 7 & under are free). 

Boys Tennis finishes season at regional

The boys tennis team came into the season young and with little varsity experience.  By the end of the season, they won a sectional title and gained a significant amount of experience that will carry them forward into 2015-16.  New Castle defeated county rivals Blue River and Tri on their way to the 2014 sectional

Lady Trojans make it 5 in a row

The Lady Trojans soccer team came into the sectional championship game 17-0 and emerged as sectional champions for the 5th straight year, beating the host Richmond Red Devils 7-1 to continue their perfect season.
