Patton Throws Shutout as Trojans Defeats Indianapolis Crispus Attucks
Kelsie Patton didn’t allow a single run as Trojans defeated Indianapolis Crispus Attucks 15-0 on Saturday. Patton allowed just one hit and struck out T Smith to end the game.
Trojans grabbed an early lead. Trojans scored on a triple by Cameron Tabor and a groundout in the first inning.

One bright spot for Indianapolis Crispus Attucks was a single by K Alsum in the fifth inning.
Kelsie Patton earned the win for Trojans. She threw five innings, surrendering zero runs, one hit, striking out 12, and walking one. D Dotson took the loss for Indianapolis Crispus Attucks. She pitched four innings, surrendering 15 runs, and 13 hits.
Trojans had 13 hits in the game. Huckeby, Tabor, Alyssa Semler, and Mariah Nicholson each collected multiple hits for Trojans. Tabor led Trojans with four runs batted in. She went 2-for-3 on the day. Trojans was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Olivia Neal had the most chances in the field with 12.
Alsum led Indianapolis Crispus Attucks with one hit in two at bats.
