Trojans Jumps Out to Early Lead in Victory Over Yorktown
Trojans defeated Yorktown 13-3 thanks to a strong start. Trojans took the lead on a double in the first inning.
Trojans secured the victory thanks to nine runs in the third inning. The big inning was thanks to a single by Caleb Matthews, a double by Janson Anderson, a single by Bryce Pinkard, a single by Nathan Hacker, a single by Tyler Howlett, a walk by Garrett Welch, a walk by Matthews, and a error.
Trojans took an early lead in the first inning. With two outs in the first inning Anderson drove in one run when he doubled.

Swingley started the game for Yorktown. He went two and two-thirds innings, giving up ten runs, seven hits, and striking out two.
