Meet Recap
New Castle defeated Blue River 3-2 on Thursday evening to advance to today’s sectional championship match against Tri. The Trojans swept the singles to earn the victory with Dusty Vincent winning at #1 6-2, 6-2; David Bennett winning at #2 6-0, 6-0; and Cayden Smekens winning 6-2, 6-0 at #3.
The winner of tonight’s sectional match will advance to the regional semifinals at Richmond on Tuesday, October 7th.
